Our founders built Futures Forge to prepare young people for bright careers and lives. They apply methods learned and developed in high-performance environments to develop talent globally. Over decades, they have successfully applied these methods in their own companies with over 100 top-talent young employees.

Nathaniel Greene

Nathaniel Greene is an expert in accelerating the development of high-potential young people. At age 28, Nat cofounded and led a management consulting firm that quickly grew into best in class. Their model was to recruit top-1% college graduates and rapidly accelerate their development to solve high-value, “impossible” problems for Global 1000 clients. Winning Consulting Magazine's Best Small Firm to Work for 7 out of 8 years stands as a testament to Nat’s unparalleled skill in recruiting and cultivating exceptional talent.

 

As a father of four children, at all different stages of the career process, Nat has learnt that while each child has unique needs, there is a consistent underlying strategy for success in life. Nat founded Futures Forge to help ambitious students build the skills and habits that set them apart as high performers.

 

Growing up in Hong Kong, where his father was a university professor, Nat developed an early and lasting commitment to education at the highest level. Nat holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford, completed the one year ACDMM course at the University of Cambridge, and completed Harvard’s Owner/President Management program. He also served for seven years on the Development Board at Christ Church, Oxford, and is a long-standing member of YPO, where he founded the Seacoast chapter in New Hampshire.
