Attendees

Participants will work in peer groups with overlapping strategies but different points of focus. Challenges will drive learning and future capability using Futures Forge’s Catalytic Learning pedagogy.

Rising College Freshmen:

Focused on building a winning strategy for their chosen university and intended course of study. How to position yourself to:

  1. Be a Big Fish that gains the most value from your college years.

  2. Enter your freshman year with a better understanding of your passions.

  3. Build a solid foundation of peer friends.

  4. Develop a robust professional network that will power your early career.

  5. Kill low-value time so you can focus on high-value projects to demonstrate your capabilities to future employers.

Rising High School Seniors:

Work through the same rigorous structure as the Rising Freshmen, but apply your strategy to 2-3 target universities. This proactive approach will result in a more powerful, focused application process.

As of January 2026, Americans with 4-year college degrees made up 36.6% of all unemployed adults (aged 25+)— a record high.

37% of students report moderate to severe depressive symptoms, with about 18% experiencing severe depression.

Students who arrive at college with just a class schedule are academic tourists. If you want to win, you need a strategy.

  1. Do you understand what is in store for you based on the relative strength of your peer group?

  2. Do you know how to free up time for powerful projects that employers actually value?

  3. Do you know how to actively build powerful personal and professional networks rather than default into a low-agency friend group?

  4. Do you know how to build relationships that are hugely fulfilling and take you to the next level?

  5. Have you built an agile strategy with integrated family support?

Program Overview

Block 1: Map the Field of Play

  • Comprehensive data gathering on your target university, likely major, and your own performance.

  • Introduction to key analytical techniques designed to remove “fluff” from the truth.

  • Analysis of current activities and interests to understand the sweet spot for passion and performance.

  • Output: An analysis that quantitatively describes your current State of Play.

Block 2: Build Cognitive Leverage

  • Develop a precise target for your major— the point where academic credentials stop mattering for employment or graduate school.

  • Discover how you can meet your academic target with 20 focused hours per week.

  • Identify a major project you can pursue that will have you stand out in the “proof economy” to top employers.

  • Output: A detailed plan to work fewer hours and achieve more.

Block 3: Asymmetric Networking

  • Build an understanding of how networking scientifically works, a decade before your peers will even understand that this is a “thing.”

  • Identify how to build your personal inner network based on trust and psychological resilience.

  • Develop an initial plan to accelerate your outer network by tapping into key Kingmakers for professional leverage.

  • Output: A plan to leave college with powerful friends for life, and a jumpstart on a powerful professional network.

Block 4: Grand Strategy and Alignment

  • Synthesize the Block 1-3 outputs into a cohesive plan that includes measurable milestones and risk mitigation options.

  • Build a communication plan to onboard your family.

  • Position your family to be powerful “board members” so you can leverage their talents and experience.

  • Output: A winning strategy to “have it all.”

Program Lead - Nat Greene:
Nat is the creator of the College Accelerator. He brings a wealth of experiences to the program that are likely unique:

  • Nat cofounded an award-winning consulting company and ran it for a decade. Identifying high-potential young talent and then rapidly developing this talent was critical for success. View Nat on LinkedIn.

  • A product of the elite educational system, Nat grew up living at the University of Hong Kong where his father taught and he attended the ESF. He spent two years in a UK boarding school and has since studied at 3 of the top universities in the world.

  • As the father of four children who have taken different paths through the private educational system, Nat has spent more time than he cares to remember understanding the problems and the opportunities that currently exist.  Some decisions have worked out well, and others have not. Deep reflection on his role as a parent, coupled with extensive research, has shaped his current beliefs.

  • Nat is constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible and has published several books (Amazon) with more to come. He has extensive international experience, having lived, studied, and worked on three continents.

Rapid Growth with Futures Forge's Powerful Pedagogy: Catalytic Learning

The College Accelerator is not designed to impart knowledge to you. You can get this knowledge from a book or on YouTube. You will instead leave the College Accelerator with the skills and methods to continually refine your direction and plans.

  • There are no lectures, and we do not tell you what to think or do

  • You learn how to acquire all needed data and information on your own

  • You are solving immediately relevant problems

  • Through our challenge-based system, you learn how to adapt as situations change, rather than get stuck if reality doesn’t follow a playbook

This is all about learning what’s possible, taking your first steps, and understanding many paths to success.
