What is a Futures Forge Facilitator?
Being a facilitator at Futures Forge is an elite opportunity reserved for the best. As a facilitator, you’ll guide and inspire others while honing your leadership and problem-solving skills. This is a challenging role that demands excellence, creativity, emotional intelligence, horsepower, motivation, and drive.
Facilitators are the backbone of our innovative challenge-driven learning system. Facilitators adapt and run challenges for students, and coach the students in intense team and 1:1 coaching sessions to help them learn and grow from the challenges they took on.
