Sprint Intensive is a 10-week residential program in Argentina for students 18+. It pushes participants through fast-paced product and business challenges that mirror real innovation cycles. Students build, test, and deliver results under pressure while working in high-performance teams. Guided by expert mentors, they leave with sharper skills, proven experience, and a portfolio that sets them apart in college and early career.

Build Your Expertise and Portfolio
During the Sprint Intensive, you will work collaboratively in teams on over a dozen concrete, real-world projects. These projects result in tangible products or business models that form the core of a portfolio that differentiates you to future employers, investors, and clients. You will choose one of two specialized tracks:

Product Development Sprint Intensive
In this track, you will build, launch, and iterate on actual products that solve real problems. You will manage project plans from understanding the initial problem all the way through to delivering functional prototypes. Projects include Mobile Application Development, solutions for complex Industrial Applications, and Consumer Product Innovation based on direct customer feedback.

Business Model Sprint Intensive
In this track, you will develop, test, and pitch new business models, learning how to transform businesses as the world changes. Challenges are at a scale you could deploy soon after the program. Projects include disrupting a legacy market with new technology, executing a small business turnaround, and developing a complete plan to launch a startup or seize an emerging market.
All your projects will be tested in competition against other teams, allowing you to learn from your own successes and the work of your peers. This entire experience is powered by Futures Forge's Catalytic Learning System to accelerate your development.
Elite Feedback & Mentorship
The speed of your development is fueled by high-frequency, deep feedback from an elite network of leaders and facilitators.
You will receive high-frequency, personalized guidance directly from the Futures Forge facilitator team, who are trained to help you rapidly develop the skills that took our leaders years to acquire.
You will engage with successful business mentors, including leading investors, entrepreneurs, engineers, and designers, who join the Sprint Intensive to provide their own feedback and mentorship.
You will cultivate deep relationships "in the trenches" with your peers, the future leaders and innovators who will grow alongside you.
